Sometimes returns or exchanges for items that you purchase from us are necessary. That’s why we make it easy for you. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your items to arrange a return.
Please understand that we can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original or resalable condition. All returns require prior approval; we will refuse to accept delivery for any items returned to us without prior approval. The cost of returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be received 14 days after notifying us of the return or they will not be eligible for a refund.
We will refund 100% of the purchase price of the returned items only. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs for the replacement items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is received damaged or defective (see Damaged or Defective Items), or unless the wrong item was originally received. Any items that were special ordered (including large quantities of a specific item, an item that we do not stock, or any personalized or customized item) are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
For exchanges, the same rules as above apply. Credit for exchanges will be the product price only (shipping costs cannot be refunded).
Returns may take up to 21 days to process. Once we have received your returned items, we will refund your credit card or issue a refund check for the amount of the refund. If you are exchanging items, we will contact you when we have received the returned items and have shipped out the replacements.
